We let you ask about the routine you are already recording. Ask Sprout can draw on saved training, food and sleep context together, so a question about a busy week does not begin with retyping three separate diaries. You can ask with saved context or choose a question without it.
The advantage is a shared starting point for reflection and planning. Our context is bounded by the records available and the choices that apply. A combined answer is still an AI interpretation to inspect, rather than a new measurement or proof that one behaviour caused another.
How it works
Ask builds compact, dated context from available records, including workouts, food and sleep. Recent detail and older summaries keep the request bounded instead of attaching the entire database. Missing or unready sources contribute no invented section, and the question's saved-data control lets you ask without saved personal context.
Why it matters
A question becomes more specific when its inputs refer to the same period. Three recorded workouts, a partial food diary and several nights of sleep are different kinds of evidence, so the dates and coverage still matter.
The NIST Generative AI Profile, published July 2024 and accessed 19 October 2026, identifies confidently false generated content as a risk. That supports checking an answer against its inputs. It does not certify Foleil or make retrieval of saved records a guarantee that every response is correct.
Compared with other health and fitness tools
Bevel's official overview, accessed 19 October 2026, describes Intelligence alongside training, nutrition, recovery and personal metrics. We do not claim to be the only app connecting these areas. Foleil's reason to choose Ask is its position within our own programme, food preparation, day planning and reflection workflow. You can ask about records you maintain here, then inspect a suggestion against those same records. The preference concerns a usable connected routine, rather than an unsupported contest about which AI understands health best.
The evidence and a practical example
Consider an invented week with three strength sessions, two recorded dinners and five nights of sleep. You ask how to organise tomorrow around the week so far. Useful context includes the recorded sessions and dates; the two dinners cannot stand for every meal you ate. A missing night cannot establish that you were awake all night.
The evidence to inspect is whether the answer respects that coverage and whether any quantities match your saved log. If a recommendation depends on information you never supplied, ask for clarification rather than treating the gap as measured. Words and photos you submit can themselves contain private information, even when you turn saved context off.
Frequently asked questions
Can one question include all three areas?
Yes, when the relevant saved records are available and the applicable choices allow them. The context is limited and does not include every stored detail.
Does joining records prove a cause?
No. An observation across training, food and sleep can suggest a question. It does not prove that one caused a change in another.
Is asking without saved data always local?
No. An online question still sends the words or photos you submit to its selected provider. Saved-data choices and processing location are separate.
